5. Digital Products

License and Usage

When you purchase a digital product (spreadsheet, planner, template, or bundle) through the Site, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that product for your own individual purposes. You may not:

Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us at support@excursionhealth.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a full refund.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction (not technical issues) are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if a product has been fully downloaded and used.

Product Updates

We may update digital products from time to time to fix errors, improve functionality, or reflect changes in tax law or industry practices. Updates may be made available free of charge to existing purchasers at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide updates.

6. Free Resources and Email Downloads

Free resources (checklists, templates, guides) are provided at no cost in exchange for your email address. By downloading a free resource, you agree to receive our email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Free resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. We reserve the right to update or discontinue free resources at any time.

7. Referral Program

Participation in the Excursion Health referral program is subject to these Terms and any additional program-specific terms provided upon enrollment. Referral bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals as defined in the program terms. We reserve the right to modify bonus amounts, qualification criteria, or terminate the program at any time.

Referral participants may not use spam, misleading advertising, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals. Violation of this provision will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid bonuses.

Referral bonuses may be considered taxable income. Participants are responsible for their own tax reporting obligations related to referral income. We may issue 1099 forms as required by law.

8. User Accounts

Certain features of the Site (such as digital product purchases or the referral program) may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

Termination of your access does not affect your license to use previously purchased digital products (provided you downloaded them before termination), nor does it relieve you of any obligation to pay for products or services you have already received.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Excursion Health is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state in which Excursion Health is registered.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through a prominent announcement on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
